1. About us

This website (subliminalfreq.com) is operated by Alpha Axis Softwares LLC, Shaip Shapia No 42, Pristina, Kosovo, 10000 (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: admin@subliminalfreq.com.

2. Acceptance

By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must make the purchase and supervise use.

4. Products

We sell digital audio files (MP3 and similar formats). They may include music, ambient sound, spoken affirmations, or affirmations played at low volume under music. No physical product is shipped.

Product descriptions and images are for general information. Audio playback quality depends on your device and headphones.

5. Prices and taxes

  • Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Where required by law, applicable taxes such as VAT are added at checkout.
  • We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

6. Orders and payment

  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms. In that case you will be refunded.

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

See our Refund Policy. For digital content, you are asked to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once the download begins, to the extent the law of your country allows this.

9. License and permitted use

After payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the files.

You may:

  • Listen to the files on your own devices
  • Make a personal backup copy

You may not:

  • Resell, share, lend, or distribute the files
  • Upload them to YouTube, Spotify, file-sharing sites, or social media
  • Use them in public places, businesses, or commercial settings
  • Edit, remix, or extract parts of the audio for other use
  • Use the files for AI training or data mining

All rights in the audio, text, images, and site content belong to Alpha Axis Softwares LLC or its licensors.

10. Health and safety

Our products are not medical devices and not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Please read our Disclaimer before use. Do not use the audio while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation that requires your full attention.

11. No guarantee of results

We do not promise any specific result. Experiences differ from person to person.

12. User accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to hack or disrupt the site, use bots to scrape content, use stolen payment methods, or break any law.

14. Intellectual property and takedown

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Courts in Pristina have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
