Delivery time: Immediately after payment is confirmed. You receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email.
Download access: Your link stays active for 30 days and allows up to 5 downloads. Please save your files after downloading.
File format: MP3 (or the format stated on the product page). Files may be delivered as a ZIP archive.
Not received? Check your spam folder first. Then email admin@subliminalfreq.com with your order number, and we will resend the link or reset it.
Technical help: If a file will not play, tell us your device and app. We will help or send a replacement.
Fraud checks: Some orders may be delayed while our payment provider verifies them.
